YCH

The post (on twitter) containing the YCH will have info for all that is included when you buy the YCH, including price and the type of commission it is. (fully lined and shaded, or sketch, ect...)Generally, the YCH is only used once.

By commissioning me you agree to the following termsYou must at least be 18+ to commission me.Currently I only take payment through VgenPlease allow at least 2 months for me to finish the work. If there are any delays I will contact you to let you know.I do not start work until payed in full.You may not use my work for AI in anyway.I retain all rights to the art work I create/draw and are allowed to post or use them in portfolios and on websites. (I will never claim your characters as mine). And you may not claim you made the work.
1You are not allowed to resell the work as prints, merchandise or use in advertisement such as for streaming or any kind of monetized content. (If you need these limited commercial rights please tell me before hand to figure out pricing for this.)
2 You are allowed to reupload your commission to sites like toyhouse, social media and image hosting sites so long as I am given credit and are linked back to one of my pages. (But you may not upload the work to art hosting sites such as pixiv, deviant art or other similar websites)
3 Rights to character designs/adopts will be discussed with before hand. I will still retain rights to the original drawing its self.I do not give refunds unless I fail to complete the work, and the refund will be based on how much isn't finished. This means if you get the art back and you decide you don't like it, I will not refund you. Please carefully consider this and only commission me if you like my work and style.Do to ask me to 'try' colors or different poses/objects/ect...When sending me your commission info, please also type a short description of the character(s), including skin color (especially if your character has a light tan or if the character tends to get white washed so that it can be avoided), expressed gender, and details that might be missing from references. I will NOT draw characters from description only, or from a collection of images to give a 'vibe' of what the character should look like. The ref sheet of your character doesn't have to be perfect.

Commission ProcessAfter I have received payment and all references I will start the sketch. I will send you the sketch for approval, here you can ask for any fixes or revisions. I will not do extreme revisions like change the entire pose. Asking for anatomy fixes is fine.Once the sketch is approved I will move onto line art. After line art is done I will not make any revisions at this point. I will send you the line art as an update. Line art takes the longestFrom there I will move onto rendering. After I finish the work I will show you the work incase any small details are missing/need to be added. Then will send you the final version with my watermark/signature. (You may not edit it out, you will not get a version with out it.)At any time during the process you may ask for updates but do not constantly pester me for them. Art takes time. I may send you updates as I work on the art as well and ask for feed back.
